The position of Director of Coaching aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all coaches within Dynamo Soccer Club’s Player Development Pathway. The Director of Coaching offers services to improve individual, team and club performance both on and off the soccer field. The Director of Coaching oversees and organizes Dynamo Soccer Club’s coaching curriculum, appoints and oversees all coaches, chooses the tournaments and leagues Dynamo Soccer Club will participate in each season. In addition, the Director of Coaching makes all player and personnel decisions as they relate to the Travel Program.
